Research suggests that singing creates feelings that improve mood, builds self-confidence and increase attentiveness and communication. Singing together as a group forges friendships, and can even combat loneliness and isolation.

Singing is good for the soul and the brain!


You don't have to be good at singing to join our group, just enthusiastic! The sessions are open to anyone with an interest in improving their wellbeing through singing. Free tea and coffee available.
