Health Walks
Explore the local area, build friendships, and increase fitness in one of our volunteer led informal walking groups. Walking for Health is the shorter one hours walk generally along the seafront or fairly locally for people who are in recuperation, starting to get fit again or recovering from an illness or surgery on a Monday.
