Our Core and Stretch class offers a low-intensity workout to improve mobility, flexibility, and core strength through bodyweight exercises and mobility drills.

Core Stretch

Spend some time on the mat with us in our 45-minute Core and Stretch class. With a combination of bodyweight exercises and mobility drills, this class is designed to increase your mobility, and flexibility and work on your core strength. Low intensity.
